The transaction for this log home is almost complete.
So far, the home inspection was completed and repairs
are being done.  The log home sits on 5-6 acres of land
and it has a nice view of Mt. Spokane.  There are 5
bedrooms, 3 bath, a loft and a work shed. This log home
is truly a dream house.  

We have planned on moving to Spokane, Washington by early
September.  Our decision to move was based on living
standards comparison between San Jose and Spokane.
So far, the scale tips towards Spokane for better quality
of life.  

As for the two classes that I need to complete my
degree in finance, that's questionable at this
point.  Maybe I'll obtain my finance degree in SJSU on
December.  We'll just have to wait and see.
